FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests for a reception, while the Rooftop Terrace is ideal for up to 300 guests. The Piano Café is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 100 guests.

  • We recommend booking your event at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular dates like weekends and holidays. Our calendar fills up quickly, so secure your preferred date as soon as possible.

  • Yes, due to the open-air nature of the Rooftop Terrace, amplified music is not permitted. However, we can arrange for acoustic performances or other entertainment options that fit within the venue's guidelines.

  • Our packages typically include venue rental, in-house catering, full-service staff, custom floor plans, A/V equipment, and basic décor elements. We also offer additional services such as upgraded linens, specialty lighting, and partnerships with DJs, photobooths, and more. Contact us for a detailed package overview.

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour to see our beautiful spaces in person. During the tour, our event manager will walk you through the different venues and discuss how we can tailor the space to fit your vision. Please contact us to book your appointment.
